New hotbuys dress is released to starplaza. It cost 23 stardollars - and again it's too much. You can find it from Decades store. In my opinion it is too green, but still quite cute.

It should be in starplaza at 31 August, but it was released today. I think that Stardoll will remove it soon and release it again at right date. But there is also one funny thing more - this dress is the 'Pick of the day' today, but it should be in starplaza not before than end of the month.
